Empire Portfolio Group™ is on the lookout for a Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving new member sales and enhancing the overall member experience at our Orangetheory Fitness studios. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness, a knack for sales, and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

Lead Outreach and Conversion: Proactively reach out to new leads within 1-2 hours, book new introductory classes, and follow up with prospective members to convert leads into active members.
Member Engagement: Welcome everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, conduct studio tours, and ensure a "white glove" experience for new and existing members.
Sales and Marketing: Drive membership sales to meet monthly goals and participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
Customer Service: Address member concerns professionally and aims for prompt resolution.
Collaboration: Work with the manager to achieve monthly KPIs and cross-train with the Operations Manager to assist with facility maintenance and cleanliness.

Sales and Communication Skills: Proven ability to sell memberships and communicate effectively with both prospective and existing members.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities independently.

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 2 to 20 pounds, and engage in various physical activities such as standing, walking, and stretching.
