What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in group instruction or personal training.
- Certifications: Current and maintained fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification.
- Skills: Ability to lead and motivate, excellent interpersonal communication, and a passion for fitness and client success.

The Role: As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will:
- Lead scientifically designed workouts for up to 45 clients per session.
- Motivate and guide members to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring safety and maximizing participant engagement.
Requirements:
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Intermediate knowledge of exercise physiology and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
